Beta terms summary

TerrainLogic beta participation.

The beta is evaluation software provided for a limited 60-day testing period. It is intended for planning and evaluation, not as a substitute for professional judgment, required field verification, permitting, certification, or jurisdiction-specific technical approval. Testers may not redistribute, reverse engineer, resell, or represent preliminary outputs as certified designs. Access may be changed or withdrawn during the beta. Approved testers receive the complete beta terms with the software and must accept them before use.

ContourStack collects information submitted through its beta-access and technical-briefing forms, including contact and organization details, stated interests, scheduling preferences, optional comments, referral source, and campaign parameters. This information is used only to respond to requests, coordinate briefings, administer beta access, and understand outreach effectiveness. The forms do not request field boundaries, client records, or management data, and the intake endpoints do not store IP addresses. Requests are stored with Cloudflare infrastructure and are not sold. To request access, correction, or deletion of your submission, email contourstack@gmail.com.
